Ballot Question #1

Shall the Richland School District, Richland County, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, for the 2016-2017 school year and thereafter by $475,000, for recurring technology purposes?

Ballot Question #2

Shall the Richland School District, Richland County, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $3,470,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a district-wide school site, safety and security improvement program consisting of: renovations and additions for secure entrances and other safety and security improvements; parking and traffic flow upgrades and site work, primarily at Doudna Elementary School; and acquiring furnishings, fixtures and equipment.

Shall the Richland School District, Richland County, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,260,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a district-wide school capital maintenance improvement program consisting of: roof replacement; parking lot improvements; window, door and locker replacement; fire alarm, phone and technology system upgrades; HVAC improvements; track replacement; site and playground improvements; and acquiring furnishings, fixtures and equipment?
