One hundred seniors and their parents attended Financial Aid Night on January 9th in the HS Auditorium. Mr. Poole described the process of how to apply for Financial Aid. Mrs. Knower described how to apply for the Local Scholarships offered at RCHS. Scholarships that require separate applications were also available for parents to pick up. The annual Local Scholarship Workshop at the high school was on January 11th, where Carletta Heide, Richland School District Foundation and Rosanne Knower, Counselor, presented on the scholarship process and helped the seniors work on their own applications. Reminder to parents and students, the Local Scholarship application is due March 19th at 3:50 PM and if students turn in their application on or before Feb. 28th, they will qualify for the Early Bird Scholarship drawing.
