iThrive Behavioral Analyst - Mrs. Lisa Brown

Mrs. Brown is excited to begin the next chapter of her journey at iThrive Behavior Academy. She brings 15 years of experience in education, including 10 years as a Special Education teacher and 3 years as a school principal. Her newest endeavor is working toward certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Driven by a deep curiosity to understand the "why" behind behaviors, Mrs. Brown believes that behavior is a powerful form of communication and that every action tells a story. She is passionate about building strong relationships with students and working in partnership with families and schools to create meaningful, individualized support systems for students.
At iThrive, Mrs. Brown is excited to merge her background in education with evidence-based behavioral strategies. She is committed to using a team-based approach to identify root causes and will work to support each student’s academic and behavioral growth—helping them thrive every step of the way.
