The Richland Center School District is strengthening safety procedures in all of our schools.
Beginning now, if you arrive at any of our schools after school is in session you will use the vestibule call button to communicate with our office staff.
If You Are Dropping Off or Picking Up:
Press the call button in the vestibule.
Let the secretary know how they can help you (for example: dropping off tennis shoes, lunch, or picking up your child for an appointment).
If you are dropping something off, a staff member will come to the vestibule to collect the item.
If you are picking up your child, we will bring your child to you in the vestibule.
If your child is arriving late, please press the call button and let the secretary know you are dropping off your child.
If You Are Coming Into the Building:
If you are coming for a meeting or to volunteer:
Please sign in on the iPad in the vestibule as a visitor.
After signing in, press the call button so the secretary can unlock the door for you to enter the building.
If you need assistance signing in, press the call button and let us know — we are happy to talk you through the process.
First-time visitors:
If this is your first time signing in as a visitor, you will need to bring your driver’s license. If you do not have a driver’s license, please bring a photo ID.
These procedures are in place to increase safety for all students and staff. As we implement this new protocol, we truly appreciate your patience and partnership as we learn and adjust to this process together.
Thank you for helping us keep RSD safe and secure!
