We're excited to share that Richland School District has eliminated academic course fees for the 2026-27 school year! That means students will no longer pay course fees for classes like art, woodwork, culinary, engineering, zoology, and more. We believe a student's decision to enroll in a hands-on course should be driven by curiosity and passion—not cost. By removing these fees, we're making it just a little easier for students to explore new interests, discover hidden talents, and prepare for future careers. It's one more way we're investing in our students and ensuring every Hornet has the opportunity to learn, explore, and grow. Other non-academic fees are outlined below:

Damage to or loss of textbooks, Chromebooks, or any other school property may be subject to additional fees and/or a police referral.
